We regularly find nice R4s. In France, Spain or Serbia. We found this red GTL – with the smooth engine – in Belgrade in ’17. We brought it here, prepared it technically and provided it with a Dutch registration. Now, 7 years and 90,000 km later, we have it back in our showroom.

We sold it at the time to a loyal customer who had it properly maintained by us. Everything necessary was done, but the car had lost some of its energy lately; a worn out engine. So we installed a freshly built one that will last for years to come.

It was used in Amsterdam, so it had a little kiss here and there. Nothing serious, but it is no longer a virgin. It had been freshly sprayed before leaving Serbia, but now we could finish it off with a thorough polishing.
