What a lovely colour, this Bleu des Tropiques. A wonderfully full and sparkling blue. So blue in fact that the intensity is difficult to capture on film – even for a pro photographer. Long story short; it is even bluer in real life than in the photos!

The 2CV has been driving in Amsterdam and its surroundings for years, was neatly maintained and a few years ago even dipped in a can of lacquer again. It looks radiant.

Puritans had already noticed, this shade is from model year ’84 and the car from ’87. Huh? It seems to us that the French carrosserie was once married to a Dutch chassis. A long time ago, as the owner we are now selling it to has had it for 26 years. So if the car still felt partly French, it has now become fully integrated.

We will give it some extra attention, a full service, electronic ignition and a few other things, and of course a full tank of petrol. So you can directly start your trip to Paris and enjoy yourself for quite some kilometers to come.
