Lancia Gamma Coupé 2500

Verkocht

Designed by Aldo Brovarone, built by Pininfarina next to the Ferrari 400. A great line, with beautiful details. A smooth 4-cylinder boxer engine, 5 gears, disc brakes all around and a fine chassis. Electric windows and a luxurious interior. In short, a great car with character.

Approximately 2300 units of the Series 1, 2500 model were built, in total more than 6700 came on the road. Quite a unique car.

In ’78 it was delivered new to a gentleman in the 6th arrondissement in Paris, by the importer Chardonnet. He used the car for 3 years and drove about 30,000 km with it. The second owner lived a little further away, initially drove a few thousand kilometers with the car, but then put it in his garage. There it was taken out every year by his mechanic to be serviced and inspected. In the last 10 years he spent almost 6,000,- for less than 100km.

The third owner lived in the same district again and used the car more often, also on longer trips. He had the car properly maintained, all receipts are present. The delivery invoice and all booklets are also included, a file a few centimeters thick.

Now it has 55,000km on the counter. It has never been welded and it is in perfect condition. Almost entirely in the first paint, with a few traces of use, and with a beautiful blue seventies interior. It looks so great on it!

Why are you selling it then, when it is so beautiful, original and drives so well? Well, I just don’t get around to driving it and that will only become less in the coming period. So it can go to someone who appreciates it and its history just as much.

It has had a service, recent tires, fresh MOT and NL registration. On the original radio you can listen to the supplied cassette tapes, or just play with the electric antenna. There are still some small things to improve, as it should be with an Italian classic, the price is also according to that.
